Hello, my name is Molly Browning. I am currently a brewer at the Baird Brewing Company of Numazu, Japan, am looking to relocate in September to further my brewing career in a brewing/cellaring position. I have two years work experience, which includes brewing everything from Belgian to British ales, fruit beers, and lagers on a 10 hectoliter and 2.5 hectoliter brew systems, formulating recipes, cellaring and packaging operations that involve bottle conditioning and cask conditioning ales and lagers.
