Mendocino Brewing Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. MBC is a fast paced, 50,000BBl per year facility with constant and changing maintenance needs. Our Ukiah, CA facility is located about 130 miles north of San Francisco on Highway 101.

The position will be 40 hours/week. Some daily overtime, occasionally weekend work in emergency cases. Salary will vary with experience.
The ideal candidate:
Will enjoy working across the Brewery, Cellar, Packaging and Wastewater departments with many different people on a wide range of maintenance needs.
Can communicate and maintain a cool head in difficult and complex situations.
Has basic knowledge of the brewing process.
Has experience in the beer or wine industries, with emphasis on packaging, pumps and other process equipment.
Has a hands-on approach to maintenance problems.
Will be able to lift 50lbs to shoulder height.
Has the brains to assess problems and the brawn to execute the solutions.
