This is a two head bottle filling machine with integral inline carbonating unit by Vigo Ltd. in the UK, suitable for beer, cider, soda or other carbonated beverages. It handles a variety of bottle sizes from 250ml to 2 liters (180mm to 350mm high, up to 110mm diameter). The machine pre-purges the bottle with CO2 prior to filling for low air pickup. Speed is about 4 bottles per minute or better on 750ml, depending on operator skill and experience. Smaller bottles can be filled faster. Change parts are not required to change bottles. The machine has an on-board pump that is regulated by a float switch. It requires single phase 230 volt power, compressed air and CO2 gas supply. Capping is separate, the previous user used a hand capper.

This would be a good unit for test or pilot filling operations, a small scale start up or auxiliary filler for limited run packages.
