unloading full bulk 12oz pallets

We took the plunge about a year ago into bulk glass. Now we seem to only get full, 8 layer pallets from our suppliers. They are difficult to unload, and are a workers comp issue waiting to happen. We need to figure out a manual or semi manual way to get the top three layers pulled onto another glass pallet that can be lowered to a more ergonomic height. Any help you could give would be appreciated. We bottle on Friday.

Order half-height pallets? We use half-height with no problems. It does cost you more in pallet deposit.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately 1/2 pallets aren't available in one of the molds we run, and seem to be only spottily available in another.
