Our homebuilt homebrew mill finally died (the bushings wore out) and I'm thinking about building a better setup or buying a commercial mill. If I can't find a commercial unit I might buy the Crankandstein 320D (this unit has ball bearings) and retrofit it to my existing setup. Has anyone used a Crankandstein 320D in their brewery? Does anyone have a used commercial mill for sale that would work for a small 7bbl brewpub? Any suggestions? Thanks -Mickey Mahoney MickDuff's Brewing Co.
