Hi folks,
we're just about to start putting all the bits of the jigsaw back together on our "Mercedes with a few miles on the clock" 15USBbl DME brewplant :)
After coming to Manchester (UK) from Canada, it was fairly soon moved again to just outside London, where some mods were made (the lauter rakes were removed & the steam supply to the lauter tun floor was removed).
Until fellow PB-er Beertje46 explained, we were a bit confused about this part of the plant - it's a RIMS system (I've never seen this on a commercial brewplant before).

Anyway, any relevant comments, advice, specs, contacts, etc, etc will be much appreciated (along with pints on this side of the pond).
We've emailed DME & their UK agents, but no word back yet.
