I have received a quote from Gamer Packaging for Anchor 12 oz long necks. Does anyone have any good or bad experience using these on a meheen filler? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

You should talk to Dave Maheen. From my experience any bottle change at all will require a couple grand in change over parts from Maheen. Each Maheen is pretty much built to run a certain mold of bottle through it. Good luck.

The side rails can move in and out and the indexer can be adjusted as well. However there is only so much room from the leading edge of the filling head to the trailing edge of the capping head.

Always fun when you get new bottles that are a different size!

I would be wary if the diameter specs are greater or less than what the Meheen was designed for. Spacing the indexers can help, but the filling spears spacing don't have much leeway on change-out unless you want to drop the cash. Height isn't as much of an issue, you can pop off or add a couple washers to adjust. We ran into the chaos of a larger diameter bottle several years ago, trash cans full of short fills went to a couple milk crates full after switching to the proper bottle.

God I hate fools tax!
