Like any small brewers I have a manuals keg washer. Caustic resevoir/heater, pump and and a manifold system to three kegs of the pump supply side. Kegs are inverted and the solutions are pumped to the kegs through braided tubing. IS THERE ANY ONE THAT HAS A CERTAIN TYPE OF 3/4" TUBING THAT DOESN'T KINK, BREAK, AND CAN STAND UP TO MANY AMNY WASH CYCLES? Tubing is secured to barbs using worm gears that are welded to the 1/2 stainless.

Thanks

DEREK

We have had 1/2" heater hose on our manual keg washer for years. Try your local auto supply store.

you can buy small dia. brewery/beverage hose from McMaster-Carr. You'll find them online.

I use the white washdown hose. It seems to hold up very well with no kinking. This set has been on for a year and a half with no problems. Also this is FDA approved.
