I would like to make the switch from crowns to corks + wirehoods on a few of my products. If anyone out there is corking, what are you using to cork + wirehood?
fyi - my bottles(750ml) are coming off a seitz tirax @ ~1000/hr.

You're probably going to need a 23.5mm cork and a 26.5mm wirehood. I'm not sure what you're going to need for a line. Giving a call to Ommegang or Russian River and asking them may be a good use of your time. I know Oeneo is supplying a lot more breweries with cork and wire these days and they may have a good idea as well as be able to point you at where you should go. Oeneo is in Napa at 707-256-2830.

We’re sending all of our 750ml clients to Scott labs (California) for corks and wire hoods

Ps. you have a pm, maybe I can help with your 750’s.

Actually, thinking of it, Oeneo doesn't have wire hoods. Scott labs (as mentioned above) is probably your best bet.
