Testing PRVs

taking over a new brewery in a couple weeks.....

wanted to test the PRVs on all the tanks.

is it as easy as hooking them up to a CO2 tank with regulator and slowly increasing the pressure till it pops?

That's how i do it, but i would suggest dropping it in a 5 gal bucket of water, helps you find those ones with slow leaks that may start a 12PSI when it may not pop until 15PSI.
