Mutz Brewpub-Dayton, OH

I'm trying to find out what happened to this place in Dayton, OH. It seemed to have had a good location on the river overlooking the city, but it's gone now. All I can discern at this point is that it was owned by Maumee Bay Brewing Company in Toledo. Any more info would be appreciated. The more specific the better.
