mini kegs for commercial use?

A 10 ltr. mini keg system has cropped up here in Australia ( from Germany I think though I haven't been able to track down the manufacturer).
Differs from the widely available kegs for home brewers in that it can be artificially carbonated and has multible reuse. Does not require an external co2 cylinder
Sold for domestic/ restaurant use then returned for refill.
Has anyone had experience of these or know of the source(s)?
