Could someone please educate me as to proper size malt sample in grams to perform sieve analysis on standard 8" sieve set? Thanks!

Found it! ASBC standard sieve analysis samples are 100-130g. ASBC says to sieve for 5 minutes with three rubber balls in top three sieves; analytical Methods for Craft Breweries says to sieve for 3 minutes with no balls.
