Can anyone reccomend a good source for natural fruit extracts? The company I used to order from bumped up to a $500 minimum plus they reformulated everything I order so I am looking for an alternative. I generally use puree but I like the extract to adjust the levels in the finished product as well as to have on hand for an emergency Fruit Beer.

Willy,
I am here in Las Vegas from Seattle this week and would like to stop by to see your shop.
Where do you work?
I should be able to log on and retrive a private message.
Good brewing,

Richard at Creative Flavor Concepts unfortunately also has a $500 minimum. Anyone use Weber or Virginia Dare?

I only used Virgina Dare in a root beer. I couldn't in good conscience recommend it for that use. With beer? YMMV.
I just got some samples from Greenwood Associates (http://www.greenwoodassociates.com/index.html). Reasonable pricing -- there is a minimum, but much less than $500 :)
