I just received a brand spanking new Wittemann 2" Pin Point Carbonator. The operations "manual" actually consists of two paragraphs. I understand the function, principle, and basic operation of the unit and am looking for tips and hints from the pros of the forum. Can anyone shine a light on it for me?
