Hi all...
I have been using unmalted wheat in my Belgian Wit, but the supplier I was getting it from (not my primary malt supplier) has stopped shipping anything short of a pallet, and Im wondering if anyone has achieved similar results (lightening of color and body) by using torrified wheat in place of raw wheat.

I have done this on occasion. There is a slight toastiness that come through sometimes, so the effect is not identical, but in small amounts it works.
