Heya hiyas. I inherited a friend's gas mixer for getting a blend. While I was driving home with it, I wondered, what would happen if I blended CO2 with N20 into a homebrew? To be sure, I am not planning on doing this at all. Heck, I don't even know if it would be legal or not to do so. I broke enough laws when I was young, and I haven't broken any (known laws) in years. Model citizen. Floss every day.

Have any professional brewers actually tried this? Brewing with N20 or an N20-blend, not the flossing-every-day bit. What was the result?

In other words, it would probably be best to forget the nitrous oxide, but flossing every day is a good idea... :)
