Black Lager beer

Ah, one of my favorite styles of beer!

Looking at some commercial examples of Schwarzbier:

Bittering: Perle, Saaz, Hallertau, Northern Brewer, Hersbrucker (shooting for 22-32 IBU)
(NOTE: when NB is present I usually see it paired with Hersbrucker for bittering)

Aroma: Tettnang, Hallertau, Hersbrucker (really light on the aroma hops)
