Micro Startup

Hello all,

I have previously posted seeking opinions about enrolling in the ABG in prepartion for a micro startup. Thanks for the replys and private emails.

My next question is whether anyone can tell me about a resource available online or otherwise which will go into the details about how each piece of equipment in a brewery works and what the distinctions are among all the various choices (ie steam vs natural gas etc).
