Where can I get white, broken brewer's rice?

Sorry, can't help you here. We only sell pregelatinized rice flakes. Don't know of any small brewers that use non-flaked rice and I don't know who would sell it.

Thanks for the help bstreety! Unfortunately they replied to my query: "Sorry, but we have no brewers or any kind of broken rice to offer." Flour business must demand all the brokens. Either that, or A-B. That leaves out Briess, Cargill, and Ricland (the world's largest rice miller). Where are all the brokens? Hard to believe I can't find leftover scraps from the world's number ONE cereal food crop!
