Internet Beer Retailers

How come there are no good Internet based beer retailers? Wine is ubiquitous on the web, but it's hard to find a great site for beer. I know that shipping cost is an issue (costs $15 to ship a case of beer via UPS), but I've got to imagine that beer geeks will pay an extra couple bucks to get good beer that they can't buy locally.
