Can anyone give me an estimate on the weight of a 10 or 15 bbl mash tun & brew kettle as well as the approx weight of fermentation tanks of the same size? Thanks.

I can give you an idea of 15bbl equipment. We have had 2 15bbl brewhouses (mash/HL/Kettle): one was about 6500 lbs and the other 8,000 lbs. 15 bbl fermenters we have had have ranged between 1,500 and 2,000 lbs depending on construction. All weights empty. Hope that helps!
