So thanks to the construction next door I have some pretty turbid water. I was wondering what detrimental effect this is going to have on the brew i just mashed in, if any? Never had to deal with this before. Any advice would be great.

Depends what is in it. If it is iron, theoretically it could make your yeast unhappy and promote oxidation flavors in the final beer. It could also just settle out and not be a problem. I hope you are in a brewpub and not a shipping bottle brewery.

I'm in a brewpub.
I think everything worked out ok.
The beer is fermenting great, although I've yet to taste the final product.
