Can anyone tell me if there is much difference in startup costs for commercial all grain brewhouse vs DME brewhouse?

Wrong question...the right one is "is there a quality difference?". The answer is a resounding yes. ...oh, and DME is waaaaaayyy more expensive in the long run, both to your bottom line and your image.
