Permits/Forms Needed for Start Up in Colorado

I am in the process of opening a microbrewery in Colorado. Is there anyone out there who's gone through this process that could give me a list of the permits and forms I need to submit to local/state/federal agencies. We'll be self distributing, bottling, and selling retail out of our tasting room. Any help would be much appreciated :) Either post on here or email me at bradveltman@gmail.com

Start with www.colorado.gov for info on all aspects of business in the state.
