I am in the beginnings of a start up micro buss. but not sure if the cart is going before the horse. The area is a college town in N.central Maine. I'm thinking a 10 barrel operation. I have several conserns ie. Building size. Start up costs. New or used equipment? To mention a few issues. I am currently a home brewer with a 20 gallon operation. Yes and want to take it to the next level. There seems to be a shortage of advice until I found this website. Please help the frenchman get the log rolling down the river.
Thanks a million to anyone that can help.

The first place to start, on this site anyway, is to use the search function above and read all the previous start-up threads. One such search results in: Start-up Thread (http://www.probrewer.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=5567&highlight=brewpub+start-up)
Good luck with your venture!

I know someone who is looking for a similar opportunity in Central Maine. I'm in LA, but send me an email at m.tringali@ca.rr.com, and perhaps I can set up a meeting.
Cheers,

Try talking to the people at The Alchemist brew pub in Waterbury VT. They've got all their horses and carts in order and are extremely nice as well.
