For most beers; Bottle conditioning. Recommend cellar temperature for extended storage, with refrigeration an option after eight months to a year depending on the beer.

For non-bottle conditioned beer - refrigeration.

Monitoring and controlling dissolved oxygen throughout the entire process as well as ensuring microbiological stability. Then of course trying to keep the beer as cool as possible.

After Looking at the Survey it looks like most just bottled the beer with out any special consideration ie. Sterile filter or pasturize.
what range of distribution do you have?
what shelf life do you consider normal for your beer?
I currently cover 3 states and consider 90 days max shelf life for 12oz bottles.

thanks
