HELP NEEDED!

Anyone working with an elaborate system of written procedures, flow charts and training systems within their brewery.
We are currently working on an extensive ISO-and HACCP-based brewery documentation for a starting microbrewery.
Any guidelines, help, existing documentation, ideas,... are welcome.

I have a document I downloaded from a site I no longer have the address for. It was published in 1996 from Clemson University entitled HACCP and Microbreweries. If you do a google search I am sure you can find it or send me a private message with your email address and I can attach it.
