How deep floor drains??

Hi all,

Just a quick question about depth of floor drains - I've got the slope, length and positioning figured out, just trying to figure out how deep should I go to accommodate flow: 3.5" -6"?

Obviously depends on your peak flow.

I have a stainless trench drain in my cellar. It is 21 ft long. and 5 inches wide. At the high end it is only 2 inches deep, at the low end it is about 5 inches where it meets a 4 inch drain pipe.

My brewlength is only 10 hL. My peak flow is not very high.
