Leasing vs Buying

We have found a building for our brewpub,are are debating the pro's and cons of the leasing opposed to the outright purchase of the building.I have a problem putting my sweat and money into someone else's building,yet if we purchase the building it would completely tap our capital.
has anyone had good expieriences with a leasing package?
