Hello Admin? Email working?

I've had several people tell me that the Probrewer system blocks them from emailing me, even though I've set my preferences to allow it. I've double checked again today, and it is indeed set to allow emails. And although I've tried to send email to others dozens of times, the system also tells me that the subscriber has not allowed this option. I understand that NOT allowing emails would be the default, but I wonder whether this system is working or not? Thanks for any help!

We have that option turned off. We have had too many problems with spam and unwanted emails, that we have defaulted the system to not allow it. You can send a Private Message (PM) to other users if they have that allowed in the user profile.
