HOP OILS? whadda' ya' know?

Does anyone have any experience brewing a batch with ONLY hop oils (aroma and bittering)?
Inquiring minds wanna' know....

The oils are very expensive, they don't taste exactly the same as fresh hops would in the final product (just my opinion), over-usage (like any oil) will kill head retention, and they seem to have a tendency to go rancid quickly. Probably a great product for a very large brewery. My sales rep even thinks it's a bad idea. He talked me out of buying it, and provided me with some examples of breweries who buy hop oil from him, and the beers they use it in. When I tried them, it was enough to know the oil just wasn't for me.

Maybe you should give it a try, anyway! Who knows, maybe it's just me.
