I am looking at the possibility to open a
microbrewery in PA. In order to avoid a complicated
process of acquiring a liquor license for the premises
one of the possibilities we are considering is to have
a microbrewery and a restaurant, where we will sell
only our beer. At the moment we are trying to estimate
the advantages and disadvantages of the approach.
Though obviously it is appealing to have options of
other drinks how important it is for the brewery?
Does anyone have any statistic on drinking patterns in
the breweries or have any idea how to get it? Any
thought is appreciated.
