Valve Parts

I have a Pub system with fixed welded valves on the piping manifold. The handles are blue and have the letters "CAE" on them. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get parts for these valves. I can't seem to find any information on them searching online.

Also, on a side question, this system has a screen filter inline, it's a 14" long tube with a filter that is around 10.75 inches long inside. The filter inside doesn't seem to make a seal, it just floats around in there. Does anyone have one of these on their system? Is there some sort of gasket available that makes this seal? I also, don't understand what the heck it would do, given the small size.

Not sure about your butterfly valvles but the filter sounds like a heat exchanger pre-filter. Mainly used when using whole hop flowers in the kettle to avoid clogging the heat exchanger. If you use pellets and a whirlpool they're usually not required.
