Best Equipment? School Project

Hello all, I've been doing a project for accounting which has me starting up a brewery from the ground up. Since I have infinite money, I wanted a top of a line system(25bbl-50bbl), but finding out what that was has been harder than I thought.

I visited a BJ's Brewhouse(So. California) but they couldn't release very much information on pricing, just gave me a slight summary of the process, so I was wondering if you guys had no limit on spending to build a 25-50bbl system, what type of equipment would you use? Any help would be great, thanks!

The DME website has alot of prices, but if i had an unlimited budget, I would be going with Steinecker (http://www.steinecker.com/en/industries/107.htm)

Most of the brewery suppliers are quoted be request, unfortunetely, no website has a listed price on a complete brewery but keep looking around and im sure something will come up.
