Hops for a new brewery

With the current hop situation what is a new brewery got to do to get some?

You can still find some hops from suppliers, but the selection is very limited. One company is selling two year old hops for a low price, if you're looking for European aroma hops. Call around to as many hop suppliers and distributors of hops as possible.

Hopefully we'll find hops slowly coming back to the market, but they certainly won't be cheap ($16-20 will be the typical range).
