Can someone recommend a source for a sankey spear puller?

Either Micromatic or Sabco have them. Cheers!

If they are normal spears without the safety locks, you can get the cheapo less than $10 ones from Micromatic-not the draft supply company but their main company. A little skill saves some big bucks.

Any chance they're called something else in the catalog? Searching for "spear puller" isn't getting me anywhere.

They are not in the catalog. Call them and ask for the phone number of their affiliate that manufactures the spears...they call them valves. Ask for the valve removal tool. You can order the replacement valve parts there.
Or if you are long on time, just use a pair of tiny flat blade screwdrivers.

Look at http://stpats.com/index.htm for Barrel tools.
Or make it by yourself

You can definitely open the keg without any special tools in no time.
I have drawings for these tools from a number of different sources.
If you still need it drop a PM.
