Found Spartan Caustic in Storage - Any GooD?

have always used PBW but i found some caustic in my brewpub's storage:

spartan #3189 Caustic Cleaner FP

are all caustics the same? just differences in strength?
would this be ok for FV + BT CIP?
40%NaOH
contains sodium silicate and sodium glucoheptonate also..this is what threw me off.

any thoughts
