Not sure about my sp.. Want to condition a heffe in my tank. Have not brewed it yet. I'm wondering what the most practical/hygenic vessel would be store my speice (sp? unfermented wort). I need to condition 7 Bbl batch with a SG of 13.8 P. I thought a keg would be sufficient. Should I pump in the wort hot right out of the kettle, or should I knock it out first, and pull from the H.E., or is there something else I should do? Just wondering what you would do.
