The problem I am having is when dosing detergent and/or sanitizer there is no chemical dosing during the whole cycle.

Start cleaning/sanitizing cycle= little to no dosing
LowFlow= limited dosing
Finish cleaning/sanitizing cycle= maximum dosing

I have constant water flow rates. I have constant compressed air (soleniod) rates with no drop. I have one new dosing valve and one used dosing valve. I repaced one to see if it is the valve. It did not change anything. So both new and old dosing valves are working consistantly the same.

Some questions are...
What air pressure are you using?
What is your gal/min on water supply?
Do you have trouble with customer support from IDD?
Is Jay Cutler the next Elway?

Thanks,
Travis

Hi Travis, can't help on the keg washer; we built ours in-house.
As far as Jay Cutler goes, lets hope so. :D

I am guessing you are talking about the Squire Extra, not the Plus 2 which has reservoirs to hold caustic and sanitizer.

With that in mind we can eliminate everything except water flow, water valve, hose to chemical bucket, and chemical. Because if water is flowing past the water valve it will pull the dose by design. Ther is no on off for the dose it is pulled by passing water. OK so you have replaced the water valve and checked your water flow. Have you replaced your chemical bucket and/or checked it for chunks or dust that can clog a dosing nozzel in a second? Some chemicals over time form residue that can clog dosing nozzles. Our water valves come with 12 or so different dosing nozzels that have to be installed before use, they regulate how much dose the valve lets in. They are all different colors to signify which ones they are. If you pull the end of the chemical hose off you should be able to unscrew the nozzle and check it for clogs. You can also try different nozzles, but check your chemicals too. How exactly do you know there is no dosing? Have you tested you chemical levels or do you just see bubbles not moving?

I have talked to Jeff Gunn many times at IDD. He answers his own phone if he is not on it. Leave a message he will get back to you. He may not be "on call" but once you get him he is very good about working the issue with you.
