I need to prop. a 2 bbl liquid pitch, and have it ready for a 16 bbl cast out of 11 deg. plato wort. Any recommendations on how much sterile wort to feed the pitch prior to cast out, and thoughts on how many days to prop. prior to actual cast out. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
