So is “freeze distillation” illegal? I have been trying to do some research on the subject but it has been rough going. Has anyone an idea ?

I visited a brewery call Pizza Port, Carlsbad in Souther California. They concentrated one or two kegs of beer periodically. It went fast, and it was by pure luck that I got to experience it on a few occasions. Call them up to see if they are abiding to any lawyer speak.
