Job Description: Brewery Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Manage the installation, operation and maintenance of all brewery and physical plant equipment
Ensure environmental compliance
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Work with other departments to implement preventative maintenance programs and, when necessary, schedule equipment repairs
Coordinate and supervise the day to day activities of the maintenance staff
Maintain inventory of critical spare parts
Manage vendor and sub-contractor relations
Project management for capital improvements to the facility
Required skills and experience:
5+ years in a food or beverage manufacturing facility in a maintenance management capacity
Ability to trouble shoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, refrigeration, steam, and mechanical equipment
Understanding of control systems and HMIs
Detail oriented
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proven leadership skills in a team environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and project scheduling software
Knowledge of cGMP and OSHA standards
Required education:
Associates degree or higher in a technical discipline
