The Alcohol Tabacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has put out their annual Customer Satisfaction Survey and wants to hear from industry members on how the TTB can better shape their services. The survey includes questions on industry members experience with the agency and what the TTB can do to increase the level of satisfaction by industry users.
The survey is hosted on SurveyMonkey and invites will be sent on a rolling basis. As an industry member you should be receiving an invite to participate in the survey in your email soon.
The survey should take less than 10 minutes, participation is voluntary, and all responses will remain anonymous.
