After 19 years, of ownership and brewing, my wife and I have decided that retirement needs to become a reality.
We are an award winning Micro/Nano brewery/winery located in South Eastern Washington about 20 minutes from one of the state’s premier wine regions.
The heart of the place is a copper clad, 3.5bbl electric PUB brewer’s platform, four jacket 7bbl fermenters, and six 7bbl bright tanks. That’s how we started. Now there are 11 bright tanks, plus kegs, feeding 20 faucets behind our counter.
We are currently licensed and bonded as both a brewery and a winery which allows us to offer a diversified adult beverage lineup.
We’ve added a small kitchen for year round pizza making and other limited pub fare. We also have a seasonal outdoor grill area that serves burgers, fries, Rueben sandwiches, fish & chips, French dips, pork spare ribs, and a few other goodies.
The brewery operates in a 4,000 square foot building located on approximately 2.5 acres with river frontage with trout and steelhead fishing as a bonus. Yes, we own the property as well.
If, you’re looking for something outside of the box that requires creativity and business savvy, this could be it. It’s also takes a lot of work and dedication. Brewing experience would be a big plus. However, I would be available for several months to aid in whatever capacity that I may be needed, with compensation of course.
There’s a lot more equipment than what I’ve listed including a Meheen 22oz bottler, an Inline labeler, 8 more stainless tanks and an assortment of other treasures.
