GlassPak 66 Bottling machine: Purchased new in 2017 by us. Used for all our bottling needs until July 2024. In good shape. Has some custom components that allow automatic skipping of problem fill heads. Single unit includes 18 rinse heads, 18 fill heads, 6 capper head and rinser. Separate integrated blower for excess moisture removal. Adjustable for bottle size but restricted to 12 oz longnecks or shorter at this time. This machine will need a full rebuild by factory techs to take full advantage of it. Wired for 460 3phase.

Inline Depalletizer: Purchased used from a local label company. never installed on our line.

Combi Case erector: Bought as used never used equipment in 2018. Fully adjustable for box size. We have used it to erect both 12 packs and 24 pack boxes. will make 20+ boxes a minute.

AB Sealer Carrier Erector: Bought new in 2018. Reliable unit that is adjustable for 4 or 6 packs. Will erect 20+ six packs a minute. Small footprint unit.

Drop Packer: Built inhouse using lanes and grid from SML Packaging in VA. Manually controlled with pneumatic lift table and controls. Can be automated with help from the right controls person.

Various lengths of conveyor to connect.

Includes the single laner conveyors we used with our makeshift depalatizer.

10 Half-Height pallets of Ardaugh brand 12oz long neck bottles.
