Pegas CraftTap 2.0 Growler FIller.  Bought for a project that did not materialize. We routinely use one in our Xun Kombucha) taproom and it works wonderfully and can efficiently fill a variety of growler sizes preventing waste and providing quick and foam free refills.  Provides a professional “sanitary” look to the public and faster and less wastefull than filling from the taps.

We went through the unit and broke it down cleaning and checking/lubing all the various seals and fittings.  The LED backlight is working and we have installed new hoses to the tower (Drain, CO2, product line). The manifold has been cleaned and the seals checked on each station.

Everything is here with this unit that is needed for installation and operation.  If you are not familiar with the operation on these it is quite simple once one understands the concept of counter pressure filling.  We have created a check list that wlaks threw the use of it.  Pegas video’s on Youtube are a bit cumbersome and the language hard to follow sometimes.  GS Distributors in Irvine CA handle all the spare parts and easy to deal with.
