We have for sale an operational KHS Keg Line currently located in Longmont, CO. This line is designed to run at a max speed of 60 kegs per hour and has been a reliable workhorse for us.

This line is currently installed and operational so if you’d like an in person inspection please reach out soon! We are scheduled to start the decommissioning process and will palletize for shipment around mid October. Prior to that come on over.

Power = 480V power on a 100A Breaker

Control air = 90 psi

CO2 = 45 psi

Compressed Air = 60-90 psi

Sterile Steam = 22 psi (we use a dedicated 20HP one way boiler to supply. No Condensate return)

Kegs are externally washed once loaded on the line and then once loaded onto the Walking Beam they are internally cleaned with Caustic, Acid, and then sterilized using Steam. Once connected to the filling head and the pressure is validated the filling is completed in ~60 seconds for a 1/2BBl keg. However this is all programmable and the hold times at each station can be adjusted.
