Advanced beer gas mixing and dispensing system. Select from one of five gas mixtures and control the supply pressure for each of up to twelve taps. We all know that different beer styles require special attention for the gas mixture and pressure in order to deliver the correct pour.
To solve this challenge we constructed a flux “capacitor” which allows the supply mixture to be selected and then the pressure adjusted for each tap. The system is based on a Liberty Beverage gas mixing system (complete with a nitrogen generator, so all you need is a CO2 supply).
