We have a refurbished 2018 ACS V5 with 12 month warranty for sale.
The system is capable of running 40 cans per minute (speed for 12oz/355ml cans). Have a look at our website here for some additional info.
The ACS V5 was our Flagship Canning System for past 6 years and is an absolute workhorse! Some of the benefits include:
- Capable of canning:
- more or less any Standard, Sleek or Slim Can format and ability to change over between sizes.
- more or less any beverage style (Beer, RTDs, THC/CBD, Wine, etc)
- carbonated beverages up to 3.3 volumes of CO2 (product dependent, contact us for more info)
- still beverages (with the add on of a Nitrogen Doser)
- Ability to can with product waste of less than 2%
- Fill level, foam and top-up control for each individual fill head (foam and top-up on the HMI)
- Weight scale post seaming to verify fill level (displayed on HMI)
- Auto reject for cans that weigh in out of spec (you can set the acceptable spec)
- Low Oxygen pickup in the 15-20ppb range due to CO2 pre-purge, foam-first fill tech and under-lid CO2.
